The power of food energy is often underestimated and viewed as an afterthought but the foods you put into your body have a major impact on energy levels and mood. Food is needed for life sustainment. The quality of foods you consume have a positive or negative impact on your quality of life. While there are many factors that contribute to living in a low vibrational state, what I’ve found is the most common link to constant lowered mood, increased inflammation, negative thought patterns, unexplained physical aches and pains are linked to consumption of too much refined / simple sugars.

High Mood Foods (Foods that Raise Your Vibration): Fresh Vegetables; Fresh Fruits; Fresh / Dried Herbs; Fresh / Low Processed, Humanly Raised Meats (Grass fed beef, Poultry, Pork), Wild Caught Fish, Raw Nuts & Seeds, Free Range, Pasture Raised Eggs, Dried Fruits, Freshly Frozen Vegetables
WHY: In about 365 days about 95% of the cells in your body will die and be replaced. Your body will rebuild itself with something better (or worse) depending on how well you treat it. How cool is that?! Foods consumed at their freshest state are richer in vitamins, minerals, Omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants supporting the development of healthy cell regeneration. One of the keys to success when it comes to achieving a balanced life is a transition to consuming a mostly high vibrational diet. You shouldn’t feel guilty for occasionally consuming items on the low vibrational foods list. The goal is becoming aware of what you eat and begin taking ownership of your actions while allowing your intuition to guide you. Having a slice of cake at a celebratory event is perfectly ok!
